I loved Simplex but now it&39;s starting to go downhill. Please reshare this note it&39;s important people see this danger! They have switched priorities from building a better platform to lets make sure AI has everything it needs first. So their partner Flux just launched it&39;s AI bots into Simplex which cool everyones trying but this is a problem.
The future of hacking is not DDoS or man in the middle attacks. The future of hacking is being an AI service provider & manipulation of consent. Hackers back in the day use to have to trick you into typing your password into a fake login page or something else. Today it will be to convince you to use their free AI service. E2EE, double ratcheting, & all of the above protections do not mean shit when anyone can invite the bot into your group without your consent.
Theres nothing implemented to protect you from AI there is nothing to detect it to give you even warning. I did not consent to third parties & random ai users logging my chat & doing god knows what with it. Simplex should control their own spaces instead of let it be run amock with anyone who can bring AI in collect data & sell it.
I brought this up & got an argument of the preservation, the right of public data, & the right to record. Where I live if someone takes a picture of you without consent you can destroy that device. But of course this right is circumvented everyday depending on who owns the device. Like peoples cell phones & cameras is okay, but a corporation or cops surveiliance camera is not that&39;s considered damage of property see the contradiction there?
They want you to be like so what theres no ai free public space. People have a right to have a public space with 0 AI what are they gunna say were prejudice, sexist, racist, or softwareist? I just want a public space where I can talk, contribute, & interact without Biggoonerjohn running his ai bot in the room with nobody knowing the whole chat is being spit out into biggoonerjohn&39;s group called aidump.
Remember if ai is in the place e2ee, double ratcher, aes, any protection doesn&39;t mean shit. You&39;ve already been intercepted & your messages have been retrieved.
The platform simplex isn&39;t bad this is still the most secure in comparison to other apps. Just BE WEARY OF RUNNING PUBLIC GROUPS! FOR THE BEST PRIVACY PRACTICE FOR NOW IS TO RUN A CLOSED PRIVATE GROUP & INVITE WHO YOU KNOW ONE BY ONE!
